We guarantee that you'll get some level of joy or at least a smirk after using Poo Paper. If you didn't, let us know that we were not able to turn that frown upside down and we'll refund your purchase or send you a different pack of Poo Paper. We created Poo Paper with the explicit goal that it was to be fun and enjoyable and if we didn’t accomplish that, we want to rectify it! We just require that you let us know within 30 days of that order arriving at your selected shipping address. Please see our Terms and Conditions for full details.
Returns
If you are not happy with your purchase of Poo Paper, we want to make it right and will refund your purchase. No need to return it. Let us know (help@poopaper.com) and we'll make it right!
Refunds
If you are not happy with your purchase of Poo Paper, we want to make it right and will refund your purchase. No need to return it. Let us know (within 30 days of that order arriving at your selected shipping address) and we'll make it right! We will notify you once the refund is processed on your original form of payment. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again – we have found it sometimes takes a while for a refund to show up. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted to your account. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
If the Poo Paper arrived damaged, please let us know (help@poopaper.com) and we'll send a replacement pack!
